Safe Beginnings First Aid

My wife, I and my daughter all took the Infant/Child CPR, Choking and Injury Prevention Workshop, and it was the best first aid course we have ever taken. We all felt better and ready to deal with just about any emergency that may happen. The teacher was the easiest person in the world to understand and the curriculum is made for normal people. This class was informative, interactive and engaging. I have previous taken CPR courses and trained as a life-guard years ago but this was a great refresher as things have changed. I learned new skills with a focus on newborns and toddlers & feel I have the knowledge needed if a choking incident occurred. She also talked about accident prevention and car seat safety which can save lives. This is a high-value, short-commitment class. I highly recommend the class with Safe Beginnings First Aid.

I follow Holly on Instagram and she provides incredible information on there as well but I highly recommend this course to all parents, grandparents or any one who will be watching your children.

Excellent information delivered in an engaging and easily digestible format. I feel much better prepared for emergencies that might crop up with my baby. I highly recommend it for anyone who has or will have a baby/toddler in their life!
